Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
At TechAndTraining.biz, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Our policy is as follows:
- Notification: Please inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to support@techandtraining.biz.
- Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled training session to qualify for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: For cancellations less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will be charged.
Refund Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality training and value your satisfaction. Our refund policy covers the following scenarios:
- No Training Conducted: If no training session has occurred after your payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Change in Training Date: If the training date is changed after your enrollment and the new date is not suitable, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Training: If you are not satisfied with the training quality, you may request a refund within 7 days of training completion.
- Other Circumstances: For other valid reasons not mentioned above, contact us for a case-by-case evaluation.
Refund Process:
- Request: To claim a refund, email support@techandtraining.biz with your full name, training program name, and the reason for the refund.
- Review and Response: Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 working days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 15 working days to credit to your account.
Additional Terms:
- TechAndTraining.biz reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the location due to reasons like insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).
- In the event of cancellation by TechAndTraining.biz, 100% of the course fee will be refunded. However, we will not reimburse for any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred.
- TechAndTraining.biz is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event.
